| Deputy/Assistant General Manager |
| A person who has at least 7 years of experience in the software industry, with significant involvement in successful Analysis, Design and Project Management. Should have the ability to lead a team of professionals and get the job done in time. |

| System Analyst/Analyst Programmer |
| A person with good analytical skills and experience of at least 2 years in designing software. Should have the track record of successful coding, following the best standards. |

| Project Management Executive |
| A person with prior practice of project management related activities such as resource planning, scheduling, effort and budget estimation, project tracking etc. Practical experience of at least one year in Project Management is essential and any professional training/certification in this regards will add additional value. |

| Software Test Engineer |
| A person with experience of testing software for at least a year. Should have the experience of writing test cases and making test plans individually. Familiarity with automated testing tools will be added advantage. |

| Manager/Assistant Manager Marketing |
A person with at least 5 years proven track record in the field of Software Marketing specially in Telecom or Banking sector. Exposure in International arena will be added advantage.
